ALCDSB Kindergarten Addition

Contract Value $690,000

This project was a Wood Framed addition to an existing school and interior renovations in two areas to accommodate full day kindergarten. Also within the scope was a complete shingle and flat roof replacement and new fascia and soffit around the entire school perimeter. The existing parking was extended slightly a new secure garbage enclosure was also added. Chain link fencing was also included to segregate the parking from the play area.
