Lump sum tendering is a majority of our work. We are fortunate to have built strong relationships with many subcontractors and trades within Eastern Ontario, and count on them to provide their best prices when working on lump-sum tendering contracts. With our experience and knowledge, we also have the capacity to complete smaller projects using our own team.
