This project was at Fort LaSalle on RMC Kingston ON. The project was to enclose two breezeways with glass curtain walls and doors complete with foundations. New interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems were also added. The main exterior corridor and both breezeways had over 27,000lbs of stucco removed to expose mechanical piping so that it could be heat traced to prevent any future freezing problems. Also included within the scope of the project was the replacement of all the spandrel panels within the existing building glazing system. The end result leaving two new comfortable vestibules and an extensive network of heat tracing to prevent winters worst from freezing any of the exterior piping.
